ACTIONS: The Chlorhexidine in VETAHEX works by binding to hair and penetrating the follicle to eliminate bacteria. It destroys bacteria by disrupting the cell membrane and cell contents.

VETAHEX binds strongly to the skin and hair, resulting in a 4-day residual action. As Chlorhexidine is poorly absorbed through the skin, VETAHEX is completely safe.

Usage Guidelines:

Massage into wet coat and lather freely. Allow to stand for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse off thorougjly. Towel coat dry and gently brush. May be used twice weekly until symptoms are controlled or as directed by your veterinarians.

Avoid getting into ear canals or eyes.
