Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to the store where you purchased within 7 days after receiving your order.
  2. We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items, food and all products that have already been opened and consumed.
  3. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice, you may indicate your order number for verification.
  4. In case you change your mind after goods delivery and you require onsite retrieval service, retrieval fee will be quoted accordingly, otherwise you may choose to send the order to 38 Woodlands Industrial Park E1 #02-11 Singapore 757700 at your own cost.
  5. For orders paid via PayPal, please do not submit a refund case to PayPal, as there will be a review of the case which will prolong your refund process as we are unable to issue refund during a review.
  6. PetFoodCare (Cantley LifeCare PTE LTD) reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
